Sync files from Unix to Windows Box.

Could you please tell me how to download files from Unix using cwRsync. I what my Windows XP machine use windows services to logon daily to the Unix box and download(sync) all files from this Unix box folder to local XP folder. It should be done through ssh. I have tried several variations of the commands but it seems, I can not make it work.
Thank you in advance

Thank you for your answer. But I don't think that I use a conf file in Windows XP.
Could you please write an example of how the rsync command ic cmd may look like?

Thank you

no, as I need to use ssh in this case, so to download files from linux to windows XP. The Faq is good but not very helpful in this case
