Is there any ssh-askpass for use on windows? Specifically it should be easy to install for use with cwRsync.

I searched internet for you :-) There is something called win-ssh-askpass. CVS-tree is located here. Never used it !!
Establishing agent-based PKA communication is one the features I wish to implement in the near future.
