I have rsync installed and setup properly to connect over ssh to my server. It counts the files just fine but then it just stops after two files. Any ideas?

Fixed it. I installed version 2.0.1 and it works fine. I'm running Windows 2003 SP1 if this helps.

cwRsync 2.0.4 is released and is supposed to address hang problems.
Fixed it. I installed version 2.0.1 and it works fine. I'm running Windows 2003 SP1 if this helps.
