Hello,
I'm trying to get Nagwin up and running in a virtual environment prior
to installing it in a company network.
I've been facing a lot of problems, but was able to solve them... so far.
When I take a look at the Nagios site, all monitors for the localhost are running fine,
but for the client (using the agentless method, check_wmic.exe),
5 out of 6 monitors give me a Return code of 5 is out of bounds error.
So, for all of them, I get that same 5 return code.
I don't understand, these commands run just fine in a command window...
Running a check on the config files brings up 0 Errors and 0 Warnings.
Does anyone have any idea how to fix this problem?
We have recently released version 1.1 of check_wmic fixing some bugs and introducing a new compare operator to control how threshold checks will trigger. Give it a try. If it doesn't help, try to run check_wmic in verbose mode and publich results here.
Thanks tk, fortunately, I was able to find my error, I was not using the username and password of the Domain admin in my virtual network to use the check_wmic.
Thanks for the reply, I'm sorry I forgot to reply earlier about my solution.
