I cannot activate a domain user

I do the stannard procedure --> Start --> Programms --> COPSSH --> Activate a user. Then I choose Domain user name and type the user name f.ex. "test". And after that I type the domain name f.ex. "testarea". After that I receive the following message:
mkpasswd (731): Could not find domain controller for this domain. Generate key is /home/test/.ssh/test
processed file: C:\Program Files\copssh\home\test\.ssh\test
No mapping between account names and security IDs was done.
chown: ´test:Administrators´: invalid user
chown: ´test:Administrators´: invalid user

Activation process for testarea \ test is completed.
You may establish an ssh connection to this machine now.
----------
Although it says that I can establish a connection, it does not work (with Putty). Where could the problem be? What should the domain name be --> is "testarea" a wrong type of domain name?

Re: I cannot activate a domain user

Make sure that you have logged as a domain administrator when you activate domain users for copssh.
