'File name too long'

Hi,
I have observed the following error with v2 of cwrsync:

rsync: mkstemp "/Profiles/Gary/Application Data/Autodesk/AutoCAD/Recent/Select File/.0372-WD(CharlesS)(Recovery)-rv0372-WD(CharlesS)(Recovery)-rvt-DrawingSheet-
AF103-BUILDING - Drawing Sheet- AF103 - BUILDING F ( STAGE 1 ) REFLECTED C.UB0a2r" (in wintest) failed: File name too long (91)
rsync error: some files could not be transferred (code 23) at main.c(791)

I have looked in the help, but apart from explicitly filtering these files (after the fact) I cannot see a method of filtering or perhaps auto-renaming these long files.

Are there any options you can suggest, to cater for this situation in advance?
