Error Displayed: Image Download Failed [[ System Resources not available ]]

I installed Copssh on my Windows 7 laptop.  I am trying to download an image file using SFTP to an Ethernet switch.  The file size is about 72 Mbytes.  I expect the load to take about 2 hours.  It started to load good, but after 1 hour, I got this message.  Previously, I had created a very small file and I successfully copied it to my Ethernet switch using the SFTP server.  Do you have any suggestions?  Thank you.

Yes.  I was able to copy a much smaller file successfully using the same SFTP.  It worked several times, no problem.  Could there be a resource problem on my laptop, which I use a the server?  Maybe I need a computer with more memory.

A laptop is more than enough

A laptop is more than enough to run an elementary rsync server. The problem can be related to resource limitations at the switch side. Try to initiate rsync at switch with --bwlimit option:

--bwlimit=KBPS limit I/O bandwidth; KBytes per second

I found that I needed to move

I found that I needed to move a certain configuration file from one of my sub-directories to the home directory.  After I did that, it works good.  Thank you for your help!
