We run Rsync on Windows 2003 servers using NTFS file systems and the DST change is coming. I've read mixed reports of RSync being OK or not OK after the DST change when using NTFS file systems but nothing conclusive.
I was wondering if RSync will see all the files as changed after the time change and re-copy all of them? The quantity of data cannot be copied in 24 hours and I need to know if I need to add the --checksum to the RSync command.
