COPSSH User Login Problem (bad owner or chroot)

Hi There,

I have Copssh running on Window Server 2012 R2 version 6.3(build 9600). I've tried to use Copssh 5.1.1_x64 on 2012 R2, but I receive the following error:

" fatal: bad ownershop or modes for chroot directory compnent "/" "

" Accepted publickey for username from port 50199 ssh2: RSA SHA256:CgwNx..................................."

This is the result for "sftp -v -i "PrivateKey""

Try to restart the service.

Try to restart the service. If it doesn't work, deactivate and activate the user again.

Change to 2008 R2

We found it could be solved by changing OS version from 2012 r2 to 2008 r2.
