COPSSH Control Panel won't start

Have just installed COPSSH with downloaded Copssh_4.3.0_Installer.exe on a 64bit windows server 2008 R2 . Installation seemed ok but can't open Control Panel.

At startmeny Programs Copssh cygwin starts (02. Start a Unix BASH Shell) alsu 03 start a windows CMD shell but 01. COPSSH Control Panel just shows the timeglass for 1 second and then nothing more.

I'll also tried the patch ICW_COPSSHCP_2.1.3_installer.exe with same result.

The program is installed in C:\Program Files (x86)

I reinstalled copssh and when

I reinstalled copssh and when I didn't change the password for serviceaccount it went ok.

But !! I tried to create 2 users in by copssh control panel. one in domain fka end one local.

When adding the local I used the prefilled U3PIS1 as domain as it's the server computername BUT then I couldn't get the userlist by clicking the arrow and textfield was disabled (which it should be) I had to change to u3pis1 and fill in the local user by hand.

When trying to connect with putty and linux-sftp (and ssh) I got

bol@pluxv2:~/viktigt> sftp f1analog@u3pis1
Connecting to u3pis1...
Permission denied (keyboard-interactive).
Couldn't read packet: Connection reset by peer

and in eventlog I got

The description for Event ID 0 from source sshd cannot be found. Either the component that raises this event is not installed on your local computer or the installation is corrupted. You can install or repair the component on the local computer.

If the event originated on another computer, the display information had to be saved with the event.

The following information was included with the event:

sshd: PID 4364: Connection closed by 140.40.82.20 [preauth]

It seems that the user is reckognized cause when changing to nonexisting sshd says so in eventlog

sshd: PID 4888: Invalid user fanalog from 140.40.82.20

It shouldn't be necessary to

It shouldn't be necessary to edit local machine name. How many local users do you have on that machine ? Make also sure that usernames and domains are case sensitive. User names in etc/sshd_config and etc/passwd must have same case.
