Check QNAP using check_snmp v3 error External command error: Timeout: No Response from IP xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx

I check QNAP using check_snmp (snmp version 1) Everything is OK,

but when try ro use check_snmp (with snmp version 3) I have a error: External command error: Timeout: No Response from IP xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx

I use this command: check_snmp.exe -H 192.168.100.125 -o .1.3.6.1.4.1.24681.1.2.1.0 -w 70 -c 90 -C public -p 161 -P 3 -m ALL -L authNoPriv -U admin -A password

Somebody have any ideas ?
