On a window7 machine, when entering a new user with domain (ex. domain\user), the Copssh ignores the \ thus not being able to create the new account.
It happens both thru the GUI and using a command prompt. Anything I can try?

I assume that you try the free edition which is somewhat old and has not necessarily full domain account support on newer platforms.
we had a newer version orignally installed but had problems with that also. we went back to the version that was previously working yet we cannot add a domain user.
