cwRsync instructions: What does "update" mean?

Hi folks,

The cwRsync instructions say "update the supplied batch file cwrsync.cmd". What does that mean?

Get a newer version of that file?

Edit the contents for local use?

Run a command "update" on it (whatever that is)?

Just run the file (even though "update" is not the verb for that action)?
