texprof.exe for x64?

Is there anyway for this to work on a x64 os?

I am getting the below error when running the tool - 

Error configuring message service. hRes = 0x80070057Failed to create profile.E_INVALIDARGOne or more arguments are not valid0x80070057

This is on WIndows 10, x64, with x86 office/outlook 2016.

Just thought id ask... :)
