User isolation

Hello, 

I am unable to find the option for user isolation. 

the status is that everybody can access directly to their folder like: /cygdrive/c/icw/home/34100001243100123102

but they can go UP and see everything I have on the C drive. 

Please let me know what should I do to change this to only access the customer folder and not able to go up.
