Nagwin Stop updating data

I have Nagwin on 4 server for the last three weeks about midway thru the week it stops getting update and will hold old data until we restart the server.  I have stopped the service and it still will not start working the only way to get it backup is with a restart and the server is off site so it a pain to get a restart all the time.  Any help would be great, and thank you.
