Is it possible to change the generated signature directory ?
For example, make the signature under c:\signature in place of c:\users\%username%\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Signatures ?

That functionality is not available as of version 2.2. Adolsign gets the location of the signatures folder from the following registry entry:
HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Office\<office version>\Common\General\Signatures
I changed the key you've mentionned. In place of "Signatures" I put "c:\signatures". But the signature is made under "c:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft/c:\signatures\file.htm
So... It doesn't work ;)

It seems that the system adds the value of %APPDATA% variable in front of. We have no solution for this at the momenet.
This could be a feature request too :)

Signatures directory is a well known location and is available via registry. Why do you need that feature ?
