I know you can use the /S switch to silently install clients but i'd like to know if there is another switch that will install the SSH Wrapper as well?
(Silent install with OpenSSH would be perfect for my requirement. However, if it will take some time then may need to use AutoIt(although I think AutoIt is not a clean solution).

I don't know :-) I try to synchronize cwrsync releases with new releases of rsync, openssh or cygwin.

Next release will allow users to customize setup by using a parameters file.
Thanks!
I went ahead and made an install script with AutoIt in the meantime.
